Guidelines for "AQIE Publications" Journals

​​Authors Guidelines

  • AQIE Publications, Welcome Research Papers, Review Papers, scholarly articles, case studies, academic article and extended version of previously published papers in international journals and conferences.

  • Submission to the AQIE Publications Journals is on the understanding that the article has not been previously published in any other form and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • All manuscripts should be grammatically correct for proper referring and fast publication

  • The manuscript submitted in AQIE Publications Journals will be reviewed anonymously by at least two independent experts in the particular area. Your paper’s keywords may be used to help match appropriate reviewers. After peer review and review by the Editorial Board, you will receive evaluation results which will be sent to email of corresponding author.

  • For Indexing of the paper, All bibliographic information (References) should be correctly present in paper. Paper those containing incomplete or incorrect bibliographic information (references) may reject for indexing. Submission of Manuscript

Written manuscript prepared using the template and in line with AQIE Publications Journals Format should be submitted via “Submissions” section of aqie.org Web site.

Generative AI and AI-Assisted Technologies Statement (*Required)

While submitting the manuscript, the authors has to undertake the following statement:

During the preparation of this work or manuscript, the author(s) used [TOOL/SOFTWARE] to assist in improving the readability, language, and overall structure of the manuscript. Following the use of this tool, the author(s) thoroughly reviewed and edited the content, ensuring its accuracy and integrity. The author(s) take full responsibility for the content and conclusions presented in the published article.” If the author(s) did not use AI tools during the preparation of the manuscript, they should simply state that no AI-assisted technologies were used. “The author(s) declare that no generative AI or AI-assisted technologies were used to prepare this manuscript. All content was created, reviewed, and edited manually by the author(s), who take full responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the manuscript.”.

Price Policy - APM charges

No fee is charged from the author or institution for submission and publication. 

However, Article processing and maintenance charges of US $15 will be charged from June 31,2026 as the data to be stored is expected to be large and needs finances.  Full APMCs are waived off up to June 31, 2026

AQIE is committed to providing free and open access to its electronic articles without any charges or fees imposed on its readers or libraries, except for maintenance of website , archiving data  and to provide doi of every article. The journal does not require any payment for the submission, peer review and  publication process. It is worth noting that the journal does not offer any form of compensation to its authors for their contributions.​

AQIE Publications Journals is strongly committed to promote the highest ethical publication practices and expects all submitting authors/reviewers/board members to uphold the high standards of publication ethics as set out by the Commission on Publication Ethics (COPE). Any cases of ethical misconduct are treated very seriously and will be dealt with in accordance with the COPE guidelines.

Duties of Authors

  • Publication and Submission fee

  • No fees or charges are required from authors for manuscript submission. We charge nominal Article Processing Fee (APC)/Publication charge only after acceptance of article. Nominal article processing charge/Publication charge is a fee which is charged to authors to make a work available open access. This fee may be paid by the author, the author's institution, or their research funder.

 

Open Access Policy

All articles published by the AQIE Publications Journals are openly accessible on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange. It means:

  • Every reader has free and unlimited access to the full-text of all articles published in AQIE Publications Journals, and

  • Every reader is free to re-use the published article if proper citation of the original publication is given.

Data Access and Retention

  • Authors may be asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such data, if practicable, and should in any event be prepared to retain such data for a reasonable time after publication.

 

Reporting Standards

  • Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the paper. A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behaviour and are unacceptable.

 

Originality and Plagiarism

  • The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted. Plagiarism and fraudulent data are forbidden. When a case of plagiarism and fraudulent data is exposed after the paper’s publication in AQIE Publications Journals, a preliminary investigation will be conducted by AQIE Publications Journals. AQIE Publications Journals will also inform the author. If the plagiarism is confirmed, AQIE Publications Journals will formally retract the paper with a notification on the Journals home page.

 

Multiple, Redundant or Concurrent Publication

  • An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable.

 

Acknowledgment of Sources

  • Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work.

 

Authorship of the Paper

  • Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.

 

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

  • All authors should disclose in their manuscript any financial or another substantive conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.

 

Fundamental errors in published works

  • When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.

 

Hazards and Human or Animal Subjects

  • If the work involves chemicals, procedures or equipment that have any unusual hazards inherent in their use, the author must clearly identify these in the manuscript.

Duties of Editors

Fair Play: 
An editor at any time evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

Confidentiality: 
The editor and any editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: 
Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.

Publication Decisions: 
The editor board journal is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers must always drive such decisions. The editors may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editors may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.

Review of Manuscripts: 
The editor must ensure that each manuscript is initially evaluated by the editor for originality. The editor should organise and use peer review fairly and wisely. Editors should explain their peer review processes in the information for authors and also indicate which parts of the journal are peer reviewed. The editor should use appropriate peer reviewers for papers that are considered for publication by selecting people with sufficient expertise and avoiding those with conflicts of interest.

 

Duties of Reviewers

  1. Contribution to Editorial Decisions:
    Peer review assists the editor in making editorial decisions and through the editorial communications with the author may also assist the author in improving the paper.

  2. Promptness: 
    Any selected referee who feels unqualified to review the research reported in a manuscript or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should notify the editor and excuse himself from the review process

  3. Standards of Objectivity: 
    Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Referees should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.

  4. Confidentiality: 
    Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. They must not be shown to or discussed with others except as authorised by the editor.

  5. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest: 
    Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage. Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.

  6. Acknowledgement of Sources: 
    Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument had been previously reported should be accompanied by the relevant citation.  A reviewer should also call to the editor's attention any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.​

​Peer Review Process

  • Peer review is the system used to assess the quality of a manuscript before it is published. It also ensures that journal publish good quality articles which is of benefit to entire researchers community. In Peer review system the researchers in the relevant research area evaluate the submitted manuscripts for originality, validity and significance to help editors determine whether a manuscript should be published in their journal.

  • AQIE Publications Journals adhere to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines (http://publicationethics.org). We strive to ensure that peer review is fair, unbiased and timely. Decisions to accept or reject a manuscript for publication are based on the manuscript’s importance, originality and clarity, and the study’s validity and its relevance to the remit of the journal.

  • We use a wide range of sources to identify potential reviewers, including the editorial board, personal knowledge, author suggestions, and bibliographic databases. Reviewers’ evaluations play a major role in our decision as to whether to accept a manuscript for publication.

  • AQIE aim to take decisions on manuscripts, based on the advice of at least two independent reviewers. To give an informed and unbiased opinion on a manuscript, reviewers should be well qualified, with a significant and continuous publication record, and an in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and methodology. In case the content of  manuscript require additional independent reviewers, particularly in the case of  multi-disciplinary  areas,  final selection of reviewers  will be taken by the Editor-in-Chief.​​​

 

The reviewer must be :

Active in the relevant field and /or methodology as judged by their publication record

Ideally having published more than 5 articles in the past 5 years

Free of any potential bias, i.e.

         No co-publications with an author of the submitted manuscript in the last 5 years

         Not currently or recently affiliated at the same institution as an author

         Not excluded by the authors (we allow authors to exclude up to 3 reviewers)

         Not known to have particularly strong views or opinions on the topic, unless this can be balanced by additional reviewers

         Reviewers should be ‘independent’ of one another, i.e.

         Not currently working at the same lab/institution


The peer review process can be broadly summarized into following steps

Every Manuscript submitted to AQIE Publications Journals will be subjected rigorous process as follows.

Step 1: [Author ==> Editor]

Author Submit the research article/manuscript to AQIE Publications Journals

Step 2: [Editor ==> Review Members]

The submitted article/manuscript is assessed by Editor of the Journal to see if it meets the criteria for submission. If it does, the editorial team will select potential peer reviewers within the field of research and sent the manuscript to peer-review process. If the submitted article/manuscript does not meet the criteria for submission or not in the scope of the journal, the manuscript/article rejected and return to author.

Step 3: [ Reviewer ==> Editor]

Reviewer team will assess the manuscript/article and gives their recommendations/comments to the Editor along with their decision to manuscript for possible publication which may be as follows:

Manuscript may be Accepted

Manuscript may be Accepted with minor revision

Manuscript may be Accepted with major revision

Manuscript may be Rejected

Step 4: [Editor]

Editor sends the evaluation report to author through an E-Mail

Step 5: [The corresponding Author]

The corresponding author should take one of the following actions according to the evaluation report

1. Accepted

The Author Sends final manuscript, copyright form and payment details to editor.

2. Accepted with Minor revision

The Author Make changes in manuscript and re-submit to editor. Editor goes through the revisions and gives a final approval.

3. Accepted with Major revision

The Author do the revision, make changes in manuscript according to comments of reviewer and re-submit to editor. The revised manuscript is sent for a second round of peer review.

4. Revise and resubmit to journal as a new submission

When a reviewer team rejects the manuscript, but the editor might show willingness to consider the manuscript if it is revised and resubmitted as a new submission, then if the author wishes to proceed with this, author needs to revise the paper substantially based on the reviewer and editor comments, and submit it to the same journal as a new submission.

         5. Rejected

 Author can submit a new article for forthcoming issues.​​

​Plagiarism Policy

  1. The journal is strictly against any unethical act of copying or plagiarism in any form. Plagiarism is said to have occurred when large portions of a manuscript have been copied from existing previously published resources. All manuscripts submitted for publication to AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS are cross-checked for plagiarism using iThenticate/Turnitin software.

  2. Plagiarism is the unethical act of copying someone else's prior ideas, processes, results or words without explicit acknowledgement of the original author and source. Self-plagiarism occurs when an author utilizes large part of his/her own previously published work without using appropriate references. This can range from getting the same manuscript published in multiple journals to modifying a previously published manuscript with some new data.

  3. Manuscripts found to be plagiarized during initial stages of review are out-rightly rejected and not considered for publication in the journal. In case a manuscript is found to be plagiarized after publication, the Editor-in-Chief will conduct preliminary investigation, may be with the help of a suitable committee constituted for the purpose.

  4. If the manuscript is found to be plagiarized beyond the acceptable limits, the journal will contact the author's Institute / College / University and Funding Agency, if any. A determination of misconduct will lead AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS to run a statement bi-directionally linked online to and from the original paper, to note the plagiarism and provide a reference to the plagiarized material.

  5. The paper containing the plagiarism will also be marked on each page of the PDF. Upon determination of the extent of plagiarism, the paper may also be formally retracted.

Types of Plagiarism
The following types of plagiarism are considered by AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS:

1.Full Plagiarism:

Previously published content without any changes to the text, idea and grammar is considered as full plagiarism. It involves presenting exact text from a source as one's own.

2.Partial Plagiarism:

If content is a mixture from multiple different sources, where the author has extensively rephrased text, then it is known as partial plagiarism.

3.Self-Plagiarism:

When an author reuses complete or portions of their pre-published research, then it is known as self-plagiarism. Complete self-plagiarism is a case when an author republishes their own previously published work in a new journal.

AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS respects intellectual property and aims at protecting and promoting original work of its authors. Manuscripts containing plagiarized material are against the standards of quality, research and innovation. Hence, all authors submitting articles to AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS are expected to abide ethical standards and abstain from plagiarism, in any form. In case, an author is found to be suspected of plagiarism in a submitted or published manuscript then, AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS shall contact the author (s) to submit his / her (their) explanation within two weeks, which may be forwarded to the Fact Finding Committee (FFC) constituted for the purpose, for further course of action. If AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS does not receive any response from the author within the stipulated time period, then the Director / Dean / Head of the concerned College, Institution or Organization or the Vice Chancellor of the University to which the author is affiliated shall be contacted to take strict action against the concerned author.

AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS shall take serious action against published manuscripts found to contain plagiarism and shall completely remove them from AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS website and other third party websites where the paper is listed and indexed. The moment, any article published in AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS database is reported to be plagiarized, AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS will constitute a Fact Finding Committee (FFC) to investigate the same. Upon having established that the manuscript is plagiarized from some previously published work, AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS shall support the original author and manuscript irrespective of the publisher and may take any or all of the following immediate actions or follow the additional course of actions as recommended by the committee:

  1. AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS editorial office shall immediately contact the Director / Dean / Head of the concerned College, Institution or Organization or the Vice Chancellor of the University to which the author(s) is (are) affiliated to take strict action against the concerned author.

  2. AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS shall remove the PDF copy of the published manuscript from the website and disable all links to full text article. The term Plagiarized Manuscript shall be appended to the published manuscript title.

  3. AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS shall disable the author account with the journal and reject all future submissions from the author for a period of 03 / 05 / 10 years or even ban the authors permanently.

  4. AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS may also display the list of such authors along with their full contact details on the AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS website.

Any other course of action, as recommended by the Committee or as deemed fit for the instant case or as decided by the Editorial Board, from time to time.

​Article Reviewers Policies

  1. Reviewers should assist in improving the quality of a submitted article by reviewing the manuscript with care, consideration and objectivity, in a timely manner.

  2. Reviewers should inform the journal editor of any published or submitted content that is similar to the material under review, or any suspected plagiarism.

  3. Reviewers should declare any potential conflicts of interest relating to a specific article or author.

  4. Reviewers should respect the confidentiality of any information or material supplied during the review process.

  5. Providing a detailed, constructive, and unbiased evaluation in a timely manner on the scientific content of the work.

  6. Indicating whether the writing is relevant, concise & clear and evaluating the originality and scientific accuracy.

  7. Maintaining the confidentiality of the complete review process.

  8. Notifying the journal editor about any financial or personal conflict of interest and declining to review the manuscript when a possibility of such a conflict exists.

  9. Notifying the journal editor of any ethical concerns in their evaluation of submitted manuscripts; such as any violation of ethical treatment of animal or human subjects or any considerable similarity between the previously published article and any reviewed manuscript.

Contribution to Editorial Decisions

Reviewer Guidelines

 

AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS follows peer review publication that maintains high standardized review process of the articles that it receives.

AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS depends on reviews by knowledgeable and research experts in order to maintain the accuracy and high quality of its content. Maintain confidentiality of the submitted Article/Paper.

​

Being a reviewer of AQIE PUBLICATIONS JOURNALS , you need to take the responsibility of maintaining confidentiality of ideas that have been presented in the papers which you review. Focus your evaluation on merits and demerits of the paper and physiological significance of the findings in your confidential remarks to the Editor.

Never reveal the assigned paper's results or videos/images or any of the supplementary material to non-reviewers.

The identity of the reviewers should never be revealed out to the authors at any time either during the process of review or after its publication.

  4. If the conduct of the reviewer seems to be mischievous then the manuscript will be assigned to second reviewer.

  5. The reviewer should accept the manuscripts which fall into his/her area of expertise. Anyhow the editors will assign it to concerned reviewers yet sometimes a mistake may happen. This is because in order to maintain high standards of the review process.

  6. The reviewer can also inform the editor regarding suspected duplicate publication, plagiarism, or any ethical concerns about the use of animals or humans in the research that has be done by author.

Article Processing and Maintenance charges and Mode of Payment

(Full APMCs are waived off up to June 31, 2026)

 

AQIE Publications is a self supporting organization and does not receive funding from any government institution/ organization. Hence, the operation of the journal is solely financed by the publication fees of the authors. The processing fee is in order to meet the expenses like Publication of manuscript, Review of manuscript, Courier Services, Internet Services and many more. So, in order to get the cost of Publication, the author, Institution or agency pay a modest fee to help cover the actual cost of the essential final step of publication.

All Journals of AQIE Publications are online open access Journals, therefore there are Articl processing charges and Publication charges of 15 USD or its equivalent currency  ( as on the date of acceptance of the article) of the country to which the Corresponding author belongs. By submitting the manuscript, the authors automatically commit to accepting APCs  and on the submission of the final manuscript and its acceptance, the APCs have to be paid for the publication of the article.​

Payment will be requested for accepted papers during the production stage from July 1, 2026 onwards. All the APCs are "Non-refundable". The AQIE will not entertain the Refund requests.

​Article Withdrawal Policy

  1. From time to time, an author wish to withdraw a manuscript after submitting it.

  2. Changing one's mind is an author's prerogative. And an author is free to withdraw an article at no charge - as long as it is withdrawn within a week of its original submission.

  3. After a week, there is a withdrawal fee. The reason for that? Once peer review is completed on that manuscript (which can often happen within a week), and it has been worked into a journal issue, we have incurred costs on our end that need to be reimbursed.

  4. The withdrawal fee is 90% of the original article processing fee.

  5. If you have concerns or questions about it, or we are late in paying, please contact us for further discussion. We welcome your input.

Paper Publication Policy

  • Multiple submission of the same paper on different journal submission will all be discarded .

  • Paper title, author and corresponding author(s) names should be the same to the submitted paper and on the submission system . No changes including a difference of character or symbol is allowed.

  • Each paper should only have one (1) corresponding author and cannot be changed .

  • If plagiarism problem was found, all authors including the corresponded authors cannot submit paper(s) to our journal for three years.
    The paper will be removed even though it was already published, and this will be notified on the home page.

  • If double submission was found, all authors including the corresponded authors cannot submit paper(s) to our journal for three years.
    The paper will be removed even though it was published, and this will be notified on the home page.

  • Only paper(s) containing original research, simulation, implementation, case study or other evidence of research advancement will be published.
    Only one (1) paper from same author can be included in each issue regardless of role and order 

  • AQIE DOES NOT ALLOW ANY AGENTS  to act on our behalf in collecting papers for our journals. AQIE  have standard procedures in publication of submitted papers.

  • All papers will be reviewed. For review a minimum of 21 days is necessary. A maximum of  Two revisions will be accepted, after which the paper will be rejected.

  • Authors have to submit a copy right form  and undertaking , if they wish to publish the paper, after acceptance.

Disclaimer

The criteria for indexing are Solely dependent on the respective indexing agencies. Hence it is imperative that, based on earlier indexing, we cannot predict the indexing policy as on today, since indexing belongs to a third party. The indexing agencies have full right to continue or discontinue indexing any journal at any time without prior intimation to the journal. Therefore Authors are requested to visit the respective indexing agency's website for information and  day to day updates.

Generative AI and AI-Assisted Technologies Statement (*Required)

 

If the author(s) use AI tools during the preparation of the manuscript,  the authors has to undertake the following statement, while submitting the manuscript, mentioning the tool/software that they have used.

 

“During the preparation of this work or manuscript, the author(s) used [TOOL/SOFTWARE] to assist in improving the readability, language, and overall structure of the manuscript. Following the use of this tool, the author(s) thoroughly reviewed and edited the content, ensuring its accuracy and integrity. The author(s) take full responsibility for the content and conclusions presented in the published article.”

 

If the author(s) did not use AI tools during the preparation of the manuscript, they should simply state that no AI-assisted technologies were used.
