Journal Paper Publication Policy
A maximum of Nineteen (19) papers will be included in every journal issue.
-
Multiple submission of the same paper on different journal submission will all be discarded .
-
Paper title, author and corresponding author(s) names should be the same to the submitted paper and on the submission system . No changes including a difference of character or symbol is allowed.
-
If plagiarism problem was found, the paper will be removed from the issue.
-
The paper will be removed even though it was already published, without the notice of the author.
-
If double submission was found, all authors including the corresponded authors cannot submit paper(s) to our journal for three years.
The paper will be removed even though it was published, and this will be notified on the home page. -
Only paper(s) containing original research, simulation, implementation, case study or other evidence of research advancement will be published.
-
AQIE Publications DOES NOT ALLOW ANY AGENTS to act on our behalf in collecting papers for our journals. AQIE Publications have standard procedures in publication of submitted papers.
Propose a Special Issue and Become the Lead Guest Editor
Special issues are collections of articles centered around a subject of special interest, which are organized and led by subject experts who take on the role of the guest editor. Authors should be aware that articles included in special issues are subject to the same criteria of quality, originality, and significance as regular articles..
AQIE welcomes all proposals corresponding to the aims and scope of this journal. The objectives of the special issues are to bring together recent high-quality research, promote key advances in theory and applications, and provide overviews of emerging domains.
Conference Proceedings as Special Issues
Proceedings of any National/ International conference will also be published as Special Issue, provided the number of submitted Full papers are more than Ten. The proceedings of the conference/ Special issue can also be published as a book with ISBN number both in online and print form.
Become the Lead Guest Editor
The Convener of the conference or any person authorized by the convener can act as the Guest editor.
You can serve as the lead guest editor only after your Proposal Form has been approved. All articles submitted to the special issue can enjoy a discount upon acceptance.
If you are ready to propose a special issue, please fill the special issue / conference issue proposal form online.
